For example, orders placed between March 20th and April 5th will commence production on April 6th. Similarly, orders placed between April 6th and April 19th will begin production on May 20th.

Return and Exchange Policy
Upon receiving the payment, we will begin the production process, which takes approximately 6-9 weeks for custom-made items. Please note that custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a significant defect in the product. Significant defects do not include differences in the product compared to the customer's imagination, size discrepancies, personal aesthetic preferences, and other subjective factors. Please ensure that you have clarified your requirements before placing an order.

►Internation order◄
Due to the complex and time-consuming nature of international shipping and refund processes, we do not provide return or exchange services for overseas orders. When purchasing items, please carefully confirm that the product colors and sizes meet your requirements before proceeding to checkout. Completing an order implies that the member agrees to abide by this policy.

●If the product is out of stock or discontinued due to raw material issues and cannot be replenished, the store will send a text message notification within 2 days and cancel the out-of-stock product. The order amount will be directly deducted after applying the discount for the out-of-stock product, and the discount cannot be modified. The rest of the products will be shipped as soon as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
●Due to variations in the batch production process, there may be slight differences in color and size for the products. A size discrepancy of approximately 3 centimeters is considered normal.
●In the case of hooks, thread removal, or exposed wire ends, please take the initiative to cut them off.
●Very small stains (those next to the stitching are tailor's marks, not stains).
● Each screen brand may have different color calibration, resulting in variations in color accuracy. Customers with a high sensitivity to slight color differences are advised to place orders with caution.
● Prior to making a purchase, it is essential to understand whether the size of the product aligns with the dimensions of the clothing you typically wear. If you have any doubts, feel free to inquire with us.
● Ue hand wash for cleaning. If using a machine for dehydration, please place the item in a laundry bag to ensure its preservation.
